About mtnclimb

Photography for me evolved—from seeing my father’s photographs and his darkroom, to a Kodak box-camera in Junior High School, to a series of manual-focus 35-mm slide-film cameras, and finally to DSLRs with serious lenses. Subjects progressed from recording family events and “pretty scenery” to images captured around the world. For a number of years, in California, I presented travel slide shows. Now, as a retired EE, we live in the mountains of Northern New Mexico, surrounded by artistic expression and dramatic natural beauty. Encouraged by a friend and art gallery owner, I've been showing giclée prints of my images in local galleries, and uploading them to a Web gallery (https://photonhunter76.smugmug.com), and ViewBug.
